Agriculture, fisheries and forestry production in Uzbekistan has grown almost eightfold over the past ten years, Trend reports citing the Uzbek State Statistics Committee.
According to the committee, in 2020, production in these sectors in Uzbekistan amounted to 261.8 trillion soums ($24.3 billion) in value, and in 2010 this indicator stood at 32.7 trillion soums ($3 billion).
Agriculture, fisheries and forestry production in Uzbekistan in 2020 increased by 16.7 percent compared to 2019 (224.2 trillion soums or $20.8 billion).
From January through September 2021, above mentioned fields production amounted to 221.1 trillion soums ($20.6 billion).
