BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 5. A total of 82,200 tons of hydrocarbon products will be sold by Iran's Energy Exchange (IRENEX) on February 5, Trend reports.
Out of the mentioned volume, 48,700 tons will be up for grabs on the home turf of the energy exchange.
The following goods are to be offered on the Iran Energy Exchange's domestic ring:
- Shiraz Oil Refining Company's 15,000 tons of naphtha;
- Tehran Oil Refining Company's 10,000 tons of heavy naphtha, 1,000 tons of iso feed, 1,000 tons of iso recycle, 212 tons of solvent-402;
- National Iranian Oil Company's (NIOC) 5,050 tons of gas condensate;
- Ilam Petrochemical Company's 5,000 tons of gasoline;
- Persian Gulf Bidboland Gas Refining Company's 4,000 tons of pentane, 400 tons of butane;
- Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Company's 3,000 tons of naphtha, 3,000 tons of iso recycle;
- Shimibaft Petrochemical Company’s 700 tons of MTBE (methyl tertiary-butyl ether);
- Tabriz Petrochemical Company's 200 tons of pentane;
- Mahabad Petrochemical Company's 100 tons of C6+;
- Carbon Barod Company's 50 tons of carbon dioxide;
- Sorena Arka Chemical Medicine Industry Company's 22 tons of liquid nitrogen;
Furthermore, 33,500 tons of products will be on sale on the Iran Energy Exchange's export ring:
- Nouri Petrochemical Company's 12,000 tons of raffinate, 12,000 tons of light naphtha;
- Persian Gulf Star Oil Company's 6,000 tons of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG);
- Shimibaft Petrochemical Company’s 2,000 tons of MTBE (methyl tertiary-butyl ether);
- Fanavaran Petrochemical Company's 1,000 tons of methanol;
- Persian Gulf Bidboland Gas Refining Company's 500 tons of raffinate;
The Iran Energy Exchange's hydrocarbon sales are vital to the economy. Iran plans to boost exports while providing domestic industries with hydrocarbon products via energy exchange.
IRENEX sells its products at the SANA exchange rate. For the currency exchange offices in Iran, the SANA system is a system that was introduced by the Central Bank of Iran.
