The changes in the Afghanistan mine sector would hardly affect Iran's economy, senior expert in the field of international mine, Trend reports citing ILNA.
The development of Afghanistan's mines would only affect Iran's economy if it faces a lack of mineral material and could explore Afghan mineral resources, Keyvan Jafari Tehrani indicated.
"Development of Afghanistan mines does not play any role in Iran's economy unless we can supply feed for Iran from Afghanistan mines or that Iranian contractor companies become active in the exploration of mines in Afghanistan that could lead to development and job creation in both countries," he explained.
