Conditions on giving mortgages have been significantly simplified, and every Azerbaijani young family may use this opportunity, Azad Rahimov, Azerbaijan Youth and Sports Minister said, Trend reports.
According to the project on giving state benefits on the social mortgage crediting, the annual interest rate has been reduced down to 4%, and the term of giving the loan has been extended from 15 up to 30 years. The maximum amount of the loan is 35,000 AZN.
The Ministry has already put forward its proposals for the construction companies operating in the country. We are waiting for their replies, he said.
However, the most important in this issue, in Mr. Rahimov's opinion, is to receive an order from the Cabinet of Ministers of the Country which should be issued very soon.
