The Russian Foreign Ministry on Monday strongly condemned the terror attacks in Iraq, saying that the attacks "can not be justified.", Xinhua reported.
"We strongly condemn these extremists bloody attacks. They cannot be justified whatever motivations their organizers and executors were ruled," the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
"Eradication of terror demands unification of efforts of all the Iraqis on the basis of national accord and dialogue between Iraq's major political forces, ethnical and confessional communities," the ministry said.
It added that such a way will guarantee the stability in Iraq, strengthens its unity, sovereignty and independence.
On Monday, a series of bomb attacks in seven provinces in central and northern Iraq left some 67 people killed and more than 170 wounded.
