According to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan at the end of February, there were 4.049 million units of payment cards, which is higher than at the end of January by 0.8 percent and 8.8 percent at end February 2009, the CBA said.
The number of operations during the reporting period on debit cards totaled 3.842 million units. The volume of transactions on debit cards totaled 452 million manat.
