Uzbekistan Airlines announced a tender on purchase of RBV-35 rubber-bitumen binder for filling joints and cracks in asphalt and concrete aerodrome pavements.
The subject of the competition: RBV-35 rubber-bitumen binder – 20 tons.
Terms of payment: 30 percent advance payment within 30 days from the date of signing and registration of the contract; 70 percent within 30 days after delivery of the goods and registration of the goods.
Terms of delivery: «DAP - Tashkent» (INCOTERMS-2010)
Currency of payment: Sum of the Republic of Uzbekistan or other freely convertible currency.
Delivery time: no more than 30-40 days from the date of advance payment.
Terms of the tender:
The tender can be attended by both domestic and foreign firms and organizations (suppliers) that have fulfilled the conditions for participation, having experience in the delivery of the corresponding volumes of the products purchased on a competitive basis. The winner of the tender must ensure the preservation of the value of the contract within 6 months from the date of its announcement.
The applicant must submit the following documents to participate in the tender for the selection of the best bid:
1. Technical characteristics of proposed goods;
2. A license to carry out economic activities;
3. A notarized copy of company’s charter;
4. Bank report on absence of debt;
3. Certificates of quality, origin of goods and an environmental certificate for the supplied goods;
5. Power of attorney from the manufacturer for the right to sell the proposed goods and documents on official registration on the territory of Uzbekistan (for official dealers or suppliers);
6. Conditions and terms on delivery of the offered goods.
