ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, April 18. The opening ceremony of the first stage of the cottage complex along the Mary-Ashgabat highway in Turkmenistan took place, Trend reports.
According to official data, the first 59 two-story well-maintained cottages out of 200 planned were put into operation.
The construction of the new cottage complex is carried out by the private Turkmen Ojar Aziýa company, which is a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.
Furthermore, each cottage with an area of 536 square meters has 8 rooms, a basement, an auto garage, and external engineering systems for water, gas, and electricity supply and telecommunications.
Meanwhile, as part of the strategy for the development of building construction and infrastructure improvement in Turkmenistan, the focus is on comprehensive support for residential and commercial construction, as well as renovation of existing facilities.
In this context, the emphasis is on the introduction of innovative technologies, the development of the skills of specialists in the fields of architecture, engineering, and construction, as well as attracting investments and establishing partnerships with international construction companies in order to ensure sustainable economic growth and increase the level of comfort for the population.
