(ForUm) - November 6, Ukraine's Foreign Minister Borys Tarasyuk and EC Sec Gen Terry Davis inked a Memorandum on Understanding between Ukraine's Government and the Council of Europe on Foundation of the EC Representative Office in Kyiv.
The question of location and leadership are under consideration, Mr Davis told, reports Trend.
Ukraine's Foreign Minister Tarasyuk in his turn expressed confidence that the new EC institution to strengthen the EU-Ukrainian cooperation.
