BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 11. Azerbaijan and Armenia undertake to resolve problematic issues bilaterally, said the text of the peace agreement between Baku and Yerevan, released today by the Azerbaijani MFA, Trend reports.
The Parties, without prejudice to their rights and obligations under international law and treaties binding on them in their mutual relations, shall seek to resolve any dispute concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement through direct consultations, including through the Commission provided for in Article XIII. If these consultations do not lead to a result acceptable to both Sides within six months, the Parties will resort to other means of peaceful settlement of the dispute.
