E.Ismayilov / Anadolu Isuzu, Turkish company demonstrates interest to sale its own manufactured buses in the Azerbaijani market, Tunj Karabulut, Head of the department on sale of Anadolu Isuzu company, stated during the presentation of Isuzu-made buses in Baku on 23 May. " Azerbaijan experiences rapid development in different spheres, as well as new transport communications and roads are being constructed in the country. Anadolu Isuzu will be pleased if Isuzu-made buses will be sold in the Azerbaijani market," Karabulut said.
The presentation of Isuzu Urban and Isuzu Roybus model buses was implemented by the AZAUTO company in Baku.
The superiority of Isuzu-made buses is security of passenger transporting, comfort and save of fuel, as well as less emission, Karabulut said. Isuzu buses were furnished with the engineer Euro-2 with, maximum speed of 115km per h and average fuel use of 18 litres per 100km.
Up to now, some 50 buses of Isuzu Urban and Isuzu Roybus model have been brought to the country and about 100 buses are expected to be purchased by the end of 2008, Faraj Rasulzade, Director of company AZAUTO, stated.
Isuzu buses are very profitable and safety for using within the country, both for the passengers and drivers, Akif Tagiyev, a representative of the firm Sahiboglu, stated.
According to Tagiyev, no technical problems met within six months of use of the buses. The firm acquired 12 buses of Isuzu Urban model and is planning to purchase more in the future.
Company AZAUTO has been an official dealer of Isuzu model automobile in Azerbaijan since 2005. The company takes active role in development of the commercial automobile market and offer comfortable and security passenger buses of different countries made ( Turkey, Ukraine and Uzbekistan jointly with Japan).
In 1983, Anadolu Isuzu founded an enterprise jointly with Japan in Turkey. The company is manufacturing modern technologies Isuzu and exports them to more than 50 countries including Azerbaijan.
