Azerbaijani police revealed the crime committed 18 years ago.
A resident of Jorat village, 47-year-old Geibat Abbasov was taken to Sumgait city police department March 31 at 03.30 p.m. as a suspect, the press service of the Interior Ministry said.
Operational actions revealed that he killed his brother Aydin in April 1992.
It turns out that Abbas buried his brother's body at his villa in Novhany settlement.
Aydin Abbasov's corpse was exhumed.
A criminal case was filed.
