Turkey, which is chairing the Organization of Black Sea Economic Cooperation, has prepared a plan for the development of regional cooperation within the organization BSEC Secretary General Victor Tvircun said speaking in Baku.
The plan reflects the cooperation on the development of transport infrastructure, education, ICT, science and technology, Tsvirkun said.
He noted that the construction of circuit transport route in the Black Sea region, which will facilitate the growth of trade between the countries of the region, can contribute to regional cooperation and sustainable development.
The BSEC Secretary General said 17 priorities were identified and communication strategy was prepared to improve the efficiency of the organization.
