BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 29. Chairpersons and deputy chairpersons have been appointed to a number of courts in Azerbaijan, Trend reports.
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, signed the relevant decree.
According to the decree, regarding the courts of appeal:
Aladdin Majidov is appointed deputy chairman of the Sheki Court of Appeal;
To dismiss Samira Hasanova from the position of chairperson of the Administrative Panel of the Shirvan Court of Appeal and appoint a deputy chairperson of that court;
To appoint Zahid Mammadov as the chairperson of the Economic Panel of the Sumgait Court of Appeal;
To appoint Khagani Samadov as chair of the Criminal Panel of the Sheki Court of Appeal;
In relation to courts dealing with serious crimes:
To dismiss Huseyn Huseynli from his position as judge of the Khazar District Court of Baku and appoint a judge of the Baku Court for Serious Crimes;
To dismiss Nigar Imanova from the position of judge of the Sabunchu District Court of Baku and appoint her as a judge of the Baku Court for Serious Crimes;
To dismiss Babak Panahov from the position of judge of the Nasimi District Court of Baku and appoint him as a judge of the Baku Court for Serious Crimes;
In military courts:
Appoint Farman Abbasov as judge and chairman of the Terter Military Court;
In administrative courts:
Dismiss Rashad Nuriev from his position as judge of the Aghjabedi District Court and appoint him as judge of the Shirvan Administrative Court;
In economic courts:
To dismiss Ilkin Aliyev from the position of judge of the Binagadi District Court of Baku and appoint him as judge of the Baku Economic Court;
To dismiss Farid Khatamzade from the position of judge of the Binagadi District Court of Baku and appoint him as judge of the Baku Economic Court;
Regarding district (city) courts of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic:
To dismiss Ilham Ibrahimov from the position of judge of the Military Court of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and appoint him as judge and chairman of the Kangarli District Court of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic;
Regarding the district courts of the city of Baku:
1.13. To dismiss Fuad Huseynov from the position of judge of the Garadagh District Court of Baku and appoint him as judge of the Yasamal District Court of Baku;
Regarding district (city) courts:
To appoint Ilgar Huseynov as chairman of the Ismayilli District Court;
To dismiss Emin Mammadli from the position of judge of the Khazar District Court of Baku and appoint him as judge and chairman of the Oghuz District Court;
To appoint Zaman Imanov as deputy chairman of the Ganja City Court.
This decree comes into force on the day of its signing.
