Special "windows" should be created at ASAN service centers in Azerbaijan for provision of consulting services to entrepreneurs, said head of the department for work with problem loans at NIKOIL Bank, financial expert Jalal Nagiyev.
Business consulting by ASAN service would help entrepreneurs, especially in Azerbaijan’s regions, to solve numerous problems, according to him.
“Working with problem loans, I often observe how wrong assessment of capabilities gets people into the debt trap, from which they cannot get out. This also applies to entrepreneurs – they superficially assess their opportunities, and sometimes do not even research before taking out a loan,” he said.
The expert noted that while expanding business, an entrepreneur has to do some research to know whether he can attract sufficient customer base, produce more goods without prejudice to the company and so on.
“If for Baku it is not always relevant, people in the regions often face with such problems. Therefore, creation of consulting "windows" at ASAN service centers could contribute to the solution of this problem,” Nagiyev said, adding that ASAN service has already proved to be a simple and convenient way of working with state bodies.
