BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 11. Engie E and P Absheron B.V., a shareholder of the project to develop Azerbaijan's Absheron gas and condensate field, has announced the liquidation of its branch (9LLC) in the country.
This is reflected in the report issued in the "Taxes" newspaper of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy.
According to the report, creditors can submit their claims within two months to the address: AZ1010 Baku, Sabail district, Nizami street, house 90A, apartment 90A.
The legal representative of the company's branch, which was state-registered in Azerbaijan in 2010, is Charles Muzelle.
Engie E and P Absheron B.V. is a company registered in the Netherlands. The company is part of the French ENGIE energy group.
The company was a shareholder in the project to develop the Absheron gas and condensate field located in the Caspian Sea.
ENGIE sold its stake in the project in 2017 and withdrew from it.
