Kazakhstan reports record growth in government audits for 1H2025

Kazakhstan’s President Tokayev was briefed on state audit results for the first half of 2025, covering audits worth $38 billion across key sectors. The Supreme Audit Chamber reported numerous recommendations, legislative initiatives, and enhanced powers, including oversight of off-budget funds and commercial gas prices.
