Alma Store stores (the official network of Apple Premium Reseller shops in Azerbaijan) with support from Apple company has opened a new support center in Baku, Ramin Musayev said.
According to Musayev, the new center supports the entire line of Apple products (desktop and laptop computers, iPods, smartphones, etc.).
"The key purpose of expanding service centers is to provide customer convenience. The new service center, which is located on the central streets of Baku, also is an opportunity to conduct small training sessions for consumers who are at the same time will also be able to purchase Apple equipment and different accessories for their devices," Musayev said.
The new center, the third, is more focused on support and service as opposed to the other two, he said. The centre, which is based in Baku, holds a status of authorized repair center of Apple.
