BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 23. Google remains the most popular search engine among users in Azerbaijan, and its share in the local market amounted to 89.86 percent in August 2024, Trend reports via the Global Stats statistical center.
According to Global Stats, Google's share in the Azerbaijani market decreased by 0.78 percentage points compared to the previous month, while Yandex's share increased by 0.73 percentage points (to 8.28 percent).
The share of the Bing search engine increased by 0.02 percentage points (to 1.28 percent), while the Yahoo search engine's share increased by 0.05 percentage points (to 0.34 percent).
To note, the remainder of the market (0.24 percent) was accounted for by other search engines.
