BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 8. The total exports of Tajikistan’s dried fruits to Ukraine increased in the first quarter of 2022, Trend reports referring to the Customs Service of Tajikistan.
Tajikistan’s dried fruits export value to Ukraine from January through March 2022 totaled $86,530, which is an increase of 30.6 percent, compared to the same period of 2021 ($66,248).
The total volume of supplies of dried fruits from Tajikistan to Ukraine in the first quarter of 2022 amounted to 295.3 tons, which is an increase of 32.4 percent compared to the same period of the previous year (223 tons).
Meanwhile, Tajikistan’s trade turnover with Ukraine from January through March 2022 totaled $5.3 million, which is a decrease of 7 percent, compared to the same period of 2021 ($5.7 million).
