The municipality of the Turkish province of Kocaeli has announced an open tender for the purchase of 4.6 million liters of diesel fuel, as well as 30,000 liters of gasoline of 95 grade.
Local and foreign companies can take part in the tender.
The tender procedure will be held at 14:30 (GMT + 3) on November 8, 2018.
