BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 19. Azerbaijani citizens purchased 756 real estate objects in Türkiye in the period from January through November 2024, which is 24 objects less than in the same period last year.
The data obtained by Trend from the country's General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre shows that in November this year, Azerbaijani citizens purchased 74 real estate objects in Türkiye, which is nine objects more than in November 2023.
Meanwhile, a total of 153,014 apartments were purchased in Türkiye in November 2024, which is 63.6 percent more than in November 2023.
According to the data, about 1.2 million apartments were purchased in Türkiye from January through November 2024, which is 16.4 percent more than in the same period of 2023.
However, 2,151 apartments were sold to foreigners in Türkiye in November 2024, 8.2 percent less than in the same month of 2023.
To note, foreign nationals purchased 21,363 apartments in Türkiye from January through November this year, which is 35.1 percent less than in the same period last year.
