BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 23. The dynamic development of relations between Azerbaijan and Egypt is a source of great satisfaction, said President Ilham Aliyev in a congratulatory letter to President of the Arab Republic of Egypt Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, Trend reports.
