Azerbaijani gymnasts won three medals in Happy Cup-2009 international tournament in Ghent, Belgium
Two junior gymnasts 13-year old Aisha Mustafayeva and 12-year old Masnura Bagiyeva represented Azerbaijan in Belgium. Mansura Bagiyeva demonstrated more successful performance and took the second place in the all-around with 65.025 points, Azerbaijan Gymnastic Federation reported.
According to coach, the Republican Complex Sports School representative 12-year old Nurlana Alizade gained the right to participate in all finals, in one of which she won a bronze medal with a hoop.
Another bronze medalist with a rope is Aisha Mustafayeva. In all other finals she ranked 5th and took the 6th place in the all-around.
Zeynab Cavadli also took the third place in the international traditional competitions in Croatia during the festive week-end
The World Championships bronze medalist in a team competition participated in the all-around program, and ranked the 3rd, receiving totally 93.475 points for all four competitions. The Russian World Champion in a team competition Darya Dmitriyeva celebrated the victory in Croatia
