BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 6. Azerbaijan’s Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic supplied 36.7 million kilowatt-hours of electricity to Iran last year, the State Energy Service of Nakhchivan told Trend.
The service pointed out that the Autonomous Republic snagged 35.2 million kilowatt-hours of electricity in the energy exchange with the Islamic Republic of Iran.
To note, in 2023, a whopping 32.7 million kilowatt-hours of electricity made their way from the Islamic Republic of Iran as part of the energy exchange, while 33.3 million kilowatt-hours were sent packing back to Iran.
