Turkmen agro-industrial complex got over 200 units of tractors made in Minsk tractor plant, the Turkmen official source said.
Deliveries were made within Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov's
decree dated June 18, 2009 to purchase 1,500 tractors worth $ 33 million. Turkmenobahizmat (Turkmen Agricultural Services) and the Belarusian Republican Unitary Enterprise Minsk Tractor Works stroke deal in accordance with agreement on purchase of row tractors of Belarus-80 and Belarus-82.1, as well as spare parts.
The contract is planned to be fully executed by late 2009.
Turkmen specialists said that this technique is chosen due to its reliability in exploitation, economy, and high productivity. Moreover, this technique has been successfully tested in soil and climatic conditions of Turkmenistan
