Exports of Iran's Bushehr province to Qatar increased by 17 percent in terms of weight and by 48 percent in monetary terms in the first nine months (from March 21 to Dec. 21, 2020) of the current Iranian year, Chairman of Bushehr Industry, Mine and Trade Organization Hossein Hosseini said, Trend reports via IRNA.
The monetary value of Bushehr's exports to Qatar in the reported nine-month period reached $115 million, Hosseini said.
The chairman added that in the previous Iranian year (from March 21, 2018 to March 21, 2019), as a whole, exports of Iran's Bushehr province to Qatar reached only $117 million.
Main exports of the province to Qatar were agricultural goods, cement and clinker, steel bars and shrimps, Hosseini added.
For comparison, in the first eight months (from March 21 to Nov. 21, 2019) of the current Iranian year, exports of Bushehr province amounted to $107 million in monetary terms.
