The violations made during arrests of former officials of the Georgian former government have been revealed, Georgian Public Defender Ucha Nanuashvili told media today.
He said that the relevant conclusions will be published in the near future on the recent arrests.
In particular, Nanuashvili stressed clear violations while arresting the former head of General Inspection of the Interior Ministry Tengiz Gunava.
"The conclusions concerning detention of Gunava, Akhalaia and other officials will be published soon," he said. "The conclusions relate to procedural violations that may have occurred during detention."
