Mr. Putin said he would nominate candidature at the parliamentary elections in December. The President did not exclude that he would be the prime minister after expire his presidential term. Mr. Putin said he would run the government in two conditions, once the party win the parliamentary elections and the next President of the country should be someone with a high public acceptance, capability and fresh ideas. Putin denied the proposal concerning changes into the Russian Federation Constitution which enables him to be elected for the third time.
"Putin wants to hold non-official referendum," Prebilovski said. The parliamentary elections in Russia will be held on 2 December. President Putin will collect 72% of votes as he received 71% of votes during the presidential elections, the Russian political scientist considers.
