BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 18. Türkiye increased exports of ready-made clothing to Uzbekistan from January through June 2023 by 48.8 percent (up to $19.2 million) compared to the same period last year, Trend reports via Türkiye's Ministry of Trade.
Türkiye increased exports of ready-made clothing to Uzbekistan by 50.6 percent ($2.8 million) in June compared to the same month in 2022.
According to the available data, Turkish exports of ready-made clothing decreased by 7.2 percent ($10.1 billion) year-on-year.
Meanwhile, Uzbekistan imported ready-made clothing from Türkiye worth $1.7 million in June 2023, which is 15.6 percent less than in June 2022.
In general, Türkiye exported ready-made clothing worth $20.6 billion from June 2022 through June 2023.
