BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 2. The digital landscape saw Google Chrome continue to reign supreme, holding the scepter of popularity among the Azerbaijani populace in March 2025.
The data obtained by Trend from the Global Stats statistical center showed that the web browser's share in the local market amounted to 78.16 percent, which is 0.63 percentage points less than in the previous month.
The share of the Safari web browser in the Azerbaijani market equaled 10.88 percent (up 0.18 percentage points).
In the interim, the market penetration of the Samsung Internet browser experienced a contraction of 0.03 percentage points, settling at 3.79 percent; conversely, the Opera browser also witnessed a decrement of 0.03 percentage points, resulting in a market share of 2.39 percent during the specified reporting period.
The market share of the Edge browser amounted to 1.68 percent (down 0.07 percentage points).
The share of Yandex in the Azerbaijani market settled at 1.6 percent (up 0.1 percentage points).
The share of the Firefox internet browser rose by 0.18 percentage points in March 2025, reaching 0.93 percent.
To note, the total share of other internet browsers in the Azerbaijani market stood at 0.57 percent.
