China proposes to create development fund and development bank of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), KyrTAG reported on Wednesday.
The idea was introduced by Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China Wen Jiabao during the SCO meeting in Bishkek.
Jiabao believes that the development of local economic cooperation may increase the states' income.
He added that the increase of loans and investment into manufacturing enterprises and opening of new joint ventures is a priority for the two states.
