BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 10. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan's (CBA) foreign currency reserves amounted to $11.613 billion on December 30, 2023, Trend reports, referring to CBA.
CBA calculates that this is 9.39 percent or $997.1 million more than the figure of the previous month and 29.1 percent higher than the figure for the same period of 2022.
According to the regulator, the CBA's foreign exchange reserves stood at $8.995 billion as of December 30, 2022, and $10.615 billion as of November 30, 2023.
The CBA data shows that from January through November 2023, Azerbaijan's strategic foreign exchange reserves increased by 16.6 percent and reached $68.2 billion.
