Gas transit through Kazakhstan amounted to 70.162 billion cubic meters in January-November, 2012 compared to 72 billion cubic meters during the same period of 2011, the Central Dispatching Department of the Kazakh Statistics Agency told Trend.
In November, 2012 gas transit through the country was carried out to the amount of 6.165 billion cubic meters compared to 4.458 billion in October and 7.021 billion cubic meters in November, 2011.
Some 10.044 billion cubic meters of the total volume of gas transit through Kazakhstan in January-November, 2012 accounted for Central Asian gas compared to 13.523 billion cubic meters during the same period of 2011.
In November, 2012 the Central Asian gas was transported through the country to the amount of 0.907 billion cubic meters compared to 1.611 billion in November, 2011.
