A military commissar from the Binagadi district of Baku has been arrested.
The Military Prosecutor's Office filed a criminal investigation against the Binagadi District military commissar Feyzi Agabayov, a reliable source from the law enforcement agency told Trend.
At present, the Military Procurator's Office is being checked, the Binagadi district military commissariat said.
Mehman Gurbanov is acting military commissar.
Earlier, Agabayov served as a military commissar in the Masalli region.
Agabayov is accused of bribery, abuse of power, the Baku military court told Trend.
The military commissioner has been sentenced to two months of arrest.
