BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 11. Iran's Parviz Khan customs in the western Kermanshah Province exported goods valued at $178 million to Iraq in the first three months of the current Iranian year (from March 21 through June 21, 2025), totaling over 441,000 tons, said Hojatollah Chavoshi, the customs' director, Trend reports.
Speaking to local media, Chavoshi noted that the main exports included fruits and vegetables, rebar, steel billets, ceramics, dairy products, nuts, and other items.
He also highlighted that a substantial volume of $306 million in
goods, totaling 704,000 tons, was transited through the Parviz Khan
customs facility during the same timeframe, predominantly
comprising hydrocarbon derivatives such as gasoline, mazut, and
bitumen.
The data from the Iranian Customs Administration indicates that
Iran's non-oil export volume reached 34.5 million tons, translating
to an approximate valuation of $11.7 billion during the initial
trimester. This reflects a contraction of 14.4 percent in monetary
terms and a reduction of 9.3 percent in physical weight relative to
the corresponding timeframe of the previous fiscal year (spanning
from March 20 to June 20, 2024).
