BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 11. A total of 357,000 tons of hydrocarbon products will be sold by Iran's Energy Exchange (IRENEX) on January 11, Trend reports.
The products will be offered for sale in the domestic division of the energy exchange:
- National Gas Company's 353,000 tons of natural gas
- Bistoon Petrochemical Company's 2,000 tons of solvent 502
The hydrocarbon transactions facilitated by the Iran Energy
Exchange are integral to the macroeconomic framework. Iran is
strategizing to enhance its export capabilities while
simultaneously supplying domestic sectors with hydrocarbon
commodities through an energy exchange mechanism.
IRENEX transacts its offerings at the prevailing SANA exchange
rate, ensuring alignment with market fluctuations and currency
valuation metrics.
The transaction of hydrocarbons on IRENEX is crucial to the
national economic framework. Through the mechanism of energy
exchange, Iran aims to enhance its export capabilities and supply
hydrocarbon derivatives to domestic enterprises.
