Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili attended the opening ceremony of the George W. Bush Presidential Centre in Dallas, as a guest of honour.
Saakashvili and his wife were personally invited to the opening ceremony by former U.S. President George W. Bush and his wife Laura, the Presidential Administration of Georgia said on Friday.
The opening ceremony was attended by U.S. President Barack Obama and his wife Michelle. Also attending were former U.S. President Jimmy Carter and his wife Rosalynn, former U.S. President Bill Clinton, former U.S. President George H. W. Bush and First Lady Barbara, former U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and former U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.
