Paid services in Azerbaijan up in price

BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 15. The cost of paid services rendered to the population in Azerbaijan increased by 14.6 percent from January through November 2023 to 10 billion manat ($5.88 billion) year-on-year, Trend reports via the country's State Statistics Committee of Azerbaijan.

The data of State Statistics Committee showed that the local legal entities in Azerbaijan rendered services to the population for 7.6 billion manat ($4.47 billion) in the mentioned period, which is 75.9 percent of the total volume of rendered services.

Meanwhile, the volume of paid services per capita averaged 996.4 manat ($586), which is 188.8 manat ($111) more year-on-year.

The value of paid services rendered to the population in Azerbaijan in 2022 increased by eight percent year-on-year and amounted to 9.2 billion manat ($5.4 billion).

Legal entities in Azerbaijan provided services to the population for seven billion manat ($4.1 billion) last year, which is 75.9 percent of the total volume of services provided.

The value of paid services rendered to the population in Azerbaijan in 2021 increased by 4.8 percent year-on-year and amounted to 7.7 billion manat ($4.5 billion).
