Azerbaijan pulls lid over refunds from state budget in 7M2025
From January through July 2025, Azerbaijan refunded 181.8 million manat ($106.9 million) to individuals and businesses. VAT returns to consumers totaled 109.6 million manat ($64.5 million). Another 47.5 million manat ($27.9 million) was refunded for overpaid taxes and penalties.
