The State Property Committee of Azerbaijan announced an open tender for creation of an electronic cadastral database of real estate and preparation of digital cadastral maps, the official press reported on Saturday.
Reputable local and foreign legal persons having experience in the past five years in the field of real estate cadastre, geodesy, photogrammetry, as well as creating and managing electronic cadastral database, compilation of digital cadastral maps, geographic information system introduction are invited to participate in the tender.
The fee for participating in the tender is 1,000 manat. Bidders must have relevant experience, technical and financial capabilities, and staff.
Tender proposals and bank guarantee must be submitted before 17.00 on June 21 this year, and the opening of bids will take place at 11:00 on June 22 at the Center for Real Estate Cadastre and technical inventory of the State Committee on Property at the address: Baku, Huseyn Javid Avenue, 31.
The official exchange rate is 0.7859 AZN to $1 on May 26.
