Azerbaijani Xalq Bank has lowered interest rates, extended lending terms and simplified lending conditions since September 2021, Trend reports citing the bank's official website.
At present in Xalq Bank provides the opportunity to get a consumer loan at 12 percent per annum, a business loan at 10 percent and a domestic mortgage loan for 22 years at an interest rate of nine percent per annum.
"The term of consumer loans has been extended to 72 months, the amount of unsecured loans for salary projects has been increased to 20,000 manats ($11,768). The loan commission amounts to only 0.1 percent," the bank said.
Xalq Bank started its activities in 2004 and is one of the largest banks in the country. At the moment, clients are provided with a full range of services through 30 branches, where 767 employees work.
The rate of the manat against the US dollar as of October 5, 2021 amounts to 1.7 manat / $1.
