International cargo transportation through Iranian airports increased by 167 percent, during the first 10 months of the current Iranian year (March 21, 2021 through January 20, 2022), compared to the same period last Iranian year, as was reflected in the statistics of Iran Airports and Air Navigation Company (IAC), Trend reports.
According to the statistics, more than 28,300 tons of cargo were transported internationally through Iranian airports in 10 months.
Meanwhile, in the same period last Iranian year, the figure stood at over 10,600 tons.
