Turkmenistan’s Maksada Okgunly company will establish waste-free production of poultry meat in Geoktepa district of Ahal region, Trend reports with reference to the “Zolotoy Vek” (Golden Age) newspaper.

The production will be launched at a complex for breeding turkeys built by the company, said the report.

Maksada Okgunly keeps turkeys on extensive pastures, grows them on natural feeds and produces organic poultry meat at this enterprise.

The company also built an incubation facility and purchased four innovative hatcheries from Belgium's Petersime company. Thanks to the use of advanced technologies, the complex can produce 11,000 tons of Turkey meat per year, said the report.

Another company specializing in poultry production in the country is Nurly Meydan, which was established in 2013 in Turkmenistan’s Balkan region. The company owns 393 hectares of land, of which 343.7 hectares are allocated for the cultivation of forage crops.

This company specializes in chicken farming. For this purpose, the most powerful automated facility in the country for artificial breeding of young animals designed to incubate 120 million eggs a year was built, and feed mill for the production of granulated and dry feed for poultry was launched, the reports said.

Thanks to the launch of the feed mill, the company has created a full cycle of breeding, feeding and production of chicken meat, as well as hatching eggs.
