BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 1. Goods and services in the consumer sector of Uzbekistan rose in price by an average of 1.5 percent in March 2022, Trend reports via Uzbek State Statistics Committee.
It was noted that the annual growth rate of the consumer price index reached 10.5 percent.
In March 2022, the leading positions in the growth of prices and tariffs were occupied by food products, the prices of which increased by an average of 2.5 percent over the month.
Over the same period, non-food products rose in price by 1.1 percent, and paid services to the population by 0.4 percent.
In February, 2022 goods and services rose in price by an average of 0.5 percent.
The annual growth rate of the consumer price index has reached 9.7 percent in February, 2022.
