A mass rally supporting the Bahraini people has started in Tehran after the Friday prayer, the IRINN TV channel reported today.
The demonstrators called on Bahrainis to fight for their rights and use their right to vote to prevent Bahrain's joining Saudi Arabia.
On Tuesday, in response to the decision of Bahrain and Saudi Arabia to establish a union, the Iranian Parliamentary Speaker Ali Larijani said this decision is a provocative act and will create a new crisis in the region.
