10:41 (UTC+04:00) The explosion took place at 08:45 local time, near a bus with military personnel, the Dogan news agency reported.
A mined car drove up to the bus and exploded, according to eyewitnesses.
The IHA news agency reports several were killed in the explosion.
09:35 (UTC+04:00) An explosion occurred on the campus of the Erciyes University in Turkey’s province of Kayseri, TRT Haber reported Dec. 17.
The exact number of wounded people is not reported yet.
Rescue teams and ambulances were sent to the explosion site.
