BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 25. The cost of paid services rendered to the population in Baku increased by 9.2 percent in the period from January through November 2024 compared to the figure of 2023 and amounted to 6.9 billion manat ($4.05 billion), Trend reports via the Baku City Statistics Department.
According to the data, legal entities rendered services to the population of the capital for 6.6 billion manat ($3.8 billion) in the mentioned period, which amounted to 95.7 percent of the total value of rendered services.
Meanwhile, the value of paid services rendered to the population in Baku in 2023 increased by 17.4 percent compared to 2022 and amounted to 7.3 billion manat ($4.2 billion).
The data of the State Statistics Committee of Azerbaijan shows that in 2023 the cost of paid services rendered to the population in Azerbaijan increased by 14 percent compared to 2022 and amounted to 11.4 billion manat ($6.7 billion).
