A trial over individual accused of reporting false information on bomb threat has begun in Azerbaijan.
Today Serious Crimes Court held preparatory hearing on Beylagan region resident Mirani Khalilov's criminal case.
The judicial review is scheduled for May 7.
January 19, at around 15:12 Mirani called Emergency Situations Ministry's "112" call service and said: "Armenians tied the bomb to my back". Information was not confirmed as a result of operative activities of the Interior Ministry.
It was found that Beylagan region resident Mirani Khalilov made the call and he was arrested.
The accused is charged with Article (reporting false information on bomb threat) of the Criminal Code.
