Azerbaijan, Baku, Aug. 26 / Trend / Parabank opened joint stock company organized training for the its office employees on the subject "Deposits and Plastic Cards", the bank reported.
45 employees, engaged in the sale of bank services in both the head office and branches, attended the event. The basic subjects of training were the improvement of communication with clients, the increase in speed and quality of services, and plastic cards. Training participants mastered methods of intercommunication, which provides increased loyalty, the bank said.
New VISA cards - Visa Platinum and Visa Infinity - were presented to participants. The participants were informed about the advantages, which are the combined credit and debit features on one card. Also discussed were tariff services for plastic cards, the work by specialists on the card program, authorizing limits for credit cards etc, leading specialist of plastic cards department of Parabank, Konul Aliyeva, said.
The training, organized regularly by the bank, aims to increase the efficiency of services provided, and to develop a high level of corporate culture.
